Our machine shop consists of both Computer Numerical Control (CNC) and Manual Milling & Turning machines.
CBS Engineering and Heat Treatment are able to produce one off and prototype parts through to multi batch requests. We also offer a full range of welding facilities by coded welders. We carry out a programme of servicing and routine maintenance for all of our machines and equipment. Our proactive approach ensures maximum uptime and reduces lost production.
Your bespoke components can be machined from all types of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, plastics and ceramics.

We … More had a great many sixty-year-old 'atomic' style wire items (plant stands, magazine racks, fruit bowls, etc) in the full range of sizes that needed the complete blasting/coating treatment. We also had bare metal shades and bases from a dozen vintage lamps for powder coating. Keith and James at CBS didn't bat an eyelid when presented with this random collection and proceeded to make an absolutely sterling job of it all. We will be back! -
